The Dry Cleaning Man Credit Policy

To be eligible for our monthly statement services, we require that you complete our Service Authorization Agreement (Click Here to download) and provide us with a current credit card (required to be on file) before being granted our monthly statement services.

Our monthly statement credit terms are:

• Net 30 -  Statement balance is due 30 days from date of monthly statement.

• $300.00 credit limit 

• If a your monthly statement goes 14 days past due the Net 30, the credit card on file is charged along with a late fee of $25.00.

Late payments results in:

• A $25.00 late fee for each monthly statement balance that is carried forward

• Loss of monthly statement privileges.

• A delivery hold will be placed on cleaning orders picked up until the overdue account balance is settled

We collect overdue statements by the following steps:

• After 1 week past due, we will make a courtesy call to the client.

• After 2 weeks past due, we will charge the credit card on file along with a $25.00 late fee.
